Let’s kick off this Friday with a Fit for Life Fit Friday! Today we are featuring Chris Paschke and her fitness progress!
Chris exercises to feel better both physically and mentally. Weight loss is one of her main goals in her training. As she loses weight through her training she feels more confident and comfortable in her own skin.
Chris’s current workout routine consists of a high intensity strength and cardio class led by Kelly every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:15 a.m. The early bird gets the worm!! She also trains on her own on Saturdays, working on both cardio and strength!
She has noticed multiple differences in herself following her training. Chris has lost a total of 54 pounds; this achievement is something to be proud of! She has observed her muscles become more toned and her strength has also improved. Most importantly, her confidence has improved and she has become happier with herself!
Chris first started coming to Fit for Life to join a friend in the Zumba class. She soon joined the LifeSteps program to change her behaviors and promote weight loss. She says that the Fit for Life staff has great attitudes and are very supportive!
